Great Gravy Ingredients: Cornflour Vegetable stock cube / vecon / buillon Wholegrain (French) Mustard
Method: Put 1/2 litre of water in a non-stick pan. Add 2 heaped teaspoons of cornflour while the water is cold. Add a teaspoon of mustard and some vegetable stock. Heat the mixture and keep stirring to prevent it going lumpy. It will go thick as it boils. If it is too runny, add a little more cornflour by stirring some into a little COLD water then adding it to the pan. |
