Perfect Pasta Ingredients: 2 tins tomatos 4 cloves garlic olive oil herbs - oregano, rosemary, basil TVP (soya mince), or quorn mince, or tuna fish olives 180g wholewheat pasta for 2 people
Method: Crush the garlic and fry in olive oil. Add blended tomatos, herbs and TVP/quorn/tuna, and olives. Simmer. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes. |
