Shansi's Curry Ingredients: 3 tins tomatos 1/4 jar korma paste (not sauce) 1/4 bag frozen spinach big bag of mushrooms 2-3 peppers 1 tin chick peas 1 mug red lentils
Method: Blend up the tomatos and heat in a big pan. Add the spinach and lentils and korma paste and simmer until the lentils are soft (about 45 minutes). Add the mushrooms (chopped into quarters) and peppers (big slices) and chick peas, and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with Ravishing Rice, Spicy Carrot Salad and Darling Dahl. |
